NO refunds/returns on electrical parts, store credit only. Engine and transmissions carry a 3 mo/3000 mile warranty unless installed by a professional shop then carry a 6 month/6000 mile warranty(part only) Engine and transmissions MUST be returned by original purchaser in same condition as purchased.
There will be a 25% restocking fee for returned items that were ordered in error. Please check with us to verify you are ordering the correct part if you are not sure.

Please contact us if you have a deadline or critical time requirement for your order. We will do our best to get what you need when you need it. Shipping estimates at checkout are not always accurate or guaranteed. For example "USPS Priority 2 Day" shipping can take 3-6 days in some cases! Shipping transit times start when the order has shipped NOT when it was processed.
In some cases the shipping rate calculated at checkout may not take into account larger than normal box dimensions that cause shipping rates to increase. In this case we will contact you to discuss options.
Our shipping cutoff is at 2 pm. We strive to ship all orders the same day if we can make it. 2nd Day and Next Day orders always get first priority if ordered before 1pm M-Th or 10am on Fridays.
Our business hours are M-Fr 9-5 We do not ship orders when we are closed.
